The following is a letter our office received from the daughter of our client. She sent this letter to us after her parents' trip to France had some bumps and we worked to straighten them out.

It is with heartfelt thanks that I send you this note regarding our recent experience with Palmer Travel.
As you know, my parents have relied on your services for many years, with tremendous satisfaction. During their recent trip to Paris and the South of France, they encountered some unforeseen difficulty, from missing flights, to flight delays. As my daughter was also traveling in Europe at the time, and meeting up with her Grandparents, I was very concerned about everyone's safety. As things would have it, I had missing parents, and a daughter with travel issues, as well.
One call to Palmer Travel, and the network of care and professional service was put into place. Everyone at your Agency got involved, and showed genuine concern. My parents and daughter proceeded with an amazing trip, and returned home safely.
Had it not been for the ability to call you and have your help, they all may still be in turmoil.
